My nail broke, what do I do?
If your nail breaks within 3 business days of services, contact Monet with a photo of the damage. Once Monet is informed, she will then schedule a nail fix within 3 business days. Should that conflict with your schedule, you will have to pay for your nail fix unless otherwise previously discussed with Celeste or Monet.

"I'm getting married" or "I'm going to prom"
If you have a special event coming up, we recommend booking months in advance. Special event deposits are $45 that will go towards your services. Special event appointments must be booked through Monet.

NO REFUNDS will be given after any service.

Should the unfortunate event happen where you cannot afford to pay for your services, the authorities will be contacted.
